I have worked in the IT Industry over the past 14 years. My first taste of working in a large environment was when I stated Working at British telecom on the technical help-desk supporting customers and business with issues relating to there network equipment and or internet connection. It was not long until I was promoted to team coach and assisted others with technical issues and took on work that required 2nd and 3rd line support. I learned a lot about customer service ,delivery dates customer expectations and managing these .Then in 2008 I had interview for a IT manager position at Recresco Ltd as they had grown to a size that they required a full time IT support person . So I stated in July 2008 .To be honest it was large learning curve as it was totally different environment dealing with people and meeting expectations of department heads and the shareholders .I undertook may different projects from implementing a fully working virtual environment using vmmare and then migrating this over to hyper-v I also managed all the site commutations from PSTN to data connections . I was responsible for all the computer related technology in the company from the cctv monitoring to phone system maintenance and support . I always had the goal of starting my own company so in 2014 thats what I did EasyRouteIT was born.
